I had no appointment at all, but the guys there couldn't have been more helpful, they printed all of my drawings for me and the price was very keen as well. Contacted them to get an academic poster printed for a conference I was attending and was very impressed with the whole experience. They were kind, friendly, easy to contact and very responsive.
